Several years ago I lost a bunch of weight, over 50 pounds. It was a proud day to say the least, but fast forward a bit and unfortunately, I’ve put too much of that weight back on. It’s a struggle, losing weight and keeping it off. So I got to thinking a couple days ago that since I’ll be turning 40 next month, I should try and set a big goal to hit before I’m too old!
So, I’ve decided to walk/jog/run a minimum total of 100 miles before my birthday! For anyone who cares to follow me on this journey, I’ll be keeping stats on the sheet below. Here’s to setting a new goal, dropping a few pounds, and growing another year older!
